How do I get involved?

Whether you have a background in training, or just a burning desire to deliver quality, evidence based support - we're here to help you on your journey to becoming a Henpicked Workplace Trainer.

Your journey to becoming a Licensed Henpicked Trainer

This journey offers you more than professional growth; it provides a sense of belonging and a shared purpose in a supportive network.

No matter what your experience, if you share our passion, we'll provide you with the tools and knowledge to empower businesses and individuals to change hearts and minds around the menstruation, menstrual health and menopause.

As an addition to your training portfolio, as an enhancement to your current work or as a part-time business opportunity – there are no limitations as to how much or how little training you’ll deliver. As a self-employed trainer, this is your business and an opportunity for you to become your local business community's menstruation, menstrual health and menopause expert.

As a Henpicked Licensed Trainer, you’ll receive access to our collection of learning materials, training presentations and menopause resources. Following your trainer assessment process, you’ll be granted a trainer licence and will then be able to deliver our suite of CPD accredited learning materials to organisations across the UK.

Alongside your comprehensive menopause training, we also provide you with an abundance of supporting materials that help you to propel your practice and support your success.

As part of our commitment to your success, we offer an array of ready-to-use resources, including:

  • Business Support Tools: From presentations to detailed guides, email templates, resources and training programmes. We’ll provide everything you need to help you promote your services.
  • Marketing Materials: Access to high-quality, customizable banners, social media imagery, and brochure materials to enhance your online presence and content marketing.

Costs and the payment process

Your trainer license fee is split into fully comprehensive, manageable, fixed monthly payments. Your success is yours to enjoy so there are no additional fees or charges based upon the number of sessions you deliver or participants you train.

You’ll sign up for an initial 12-month subscription. You’ll pay an initial upfront fee that covers all of your training and assessment costs and from there will pay your fees each month.

After 12 months, there’s no need to renew, your contract will roll month to month, and you’ll have the flexibility to give notice of 56 days should you wish to terminate.
